Characteristics and Application:
Candle mould silicone rubber is a condensation type and
double-component material, including A component and B component,
with the features as good flowability, resistant to high
temperature and corrosive, high anti-tensile strength and
anti-tearing strength, low shrinkage, many mould-reproduction
times. This mould silicone rubber is widely used in the
reproduction of poly resin, epoxy, PU foaming resin, polyamine
resin decorative article and craftwork.

How to Use:
1. Weigh a certain amount of silicone rubber, and then add curing
agent by 2%-3% of silicone rubber. Ensure that all the silicone
rubber is used in short time.
2.Fully stirring the silicone rubber, then put them in vacuum and
pump 3-5 minutes, make moulds after bubbled.
3. Curing speed is closely related to the temperature and humidity,
the higher the temperature and humidity, the faster the curing.
Customers can choose curing agent or adjust the amount of curing
agent in order to reach appropriate curing speed according to the
weather.
Package, Storage, Transportation and Notes
1. The products are packed in 200 kg, 25kg, 5kg, and 1kg per
barrel, and the curing agent is packed in 0.75L per plastic bottle.
2. The products should be sealed and deposited in a shade, dry
place to prevent rain, sunlight exposure.
3. The storage period is six months. If the viscosity increases,
stir the rubber uniformly before use, and property unchanged.
4. If the products are used in the reproduction of glass, ceramic,
resin, wood etc., or the surface painted, coat the surface of
prototype with surfactant ( such as detergent, shampoo or soapy
water) uniformly, and perfuse or brush silicone rubber after water
volatilized, which is easier for mould unloading.
5. The products are non-dangerous goods, avoid skin and eyes
contacting with the curing agent in processing. Once exposed,
immediately wash with certain detergent and water. If splash into
eyes, should wash with flowing water at least 15 minutes and
consult a doctor.
