ProductDescription
ST-W01 is a dry packed proprietary premixed cementitious plasterspecially designed for plastering for walls onto both interior andexterior in-situ concrete, precast concrete, brickwork, blockworkand dry wall surfaces. It can be applied by hand or spray machinefor both internal and external applications. ST-W01 provides a costeffective solution to plastering works in both building and renovationprojects. Both smooth and rough surface finishing texture can be donewith ST-W01 for painting or tile laying purposes respectively.

SurfacePreparation
The substrate must be sound, even and reasonably damp before application.Any foreign, damaged, blistered, split items, dirt, covering &paints must be removed. Honeycomb defects, bubbles, cracks, hollowjoints, and concrete joints must be attended to and repaired beforeapplication.

Mixing
For Spray Application, mix ST-W01 in suitablespray machine. For hand application, mix ST-W01 with electricalmixer for at least 3 minutes (1 bag) in bucket. When the mixed mortaris left aside for more than 30 minutes, remix the mortar beforeuse. Do not use over-dried mortar and do not add water to restoreits workability. Consult ScoreTech’s technical staff for detailrecommendations.

Health& Safety
ST-W01 is non-toxic and does not contain hazardous material.The mixture is slightly alkaline and should be flushed with largequantity of water when contact with eyes
