Acid dyes printing stain-proofing agent SZ-1S (Concentration)

SZ-1S is a special polymer emulsifier, its superior characteristic and price ratios can replace the traditional detergents and it is the high efficient flooding removal agent, SZ-1S is widely used for the soaping after printing and dying to the cotton, wool/silk and jute for the reactive, acid, direct and vat dyes, it can remove the reactive and hydrolyzed dyes.

Performance:
Low foam, the washing fastness can be improved to 5 degree obviously, wet fabrication fastness can be improved to 1 degree. SZ-1S is useful for stain proofing and soaping for the white one for the printing fabrics.

Usage:
Flooding cleaning and stain proofing for white after printing for acid dyes, the washing fastness and fabrication fastness will be improved, too.

The usage after dilution:
Dying or printing is finishedClean with clear water Add 1g/l soaping agent, increase the temperature to 50-80 ℃,soaping 20 minutesClean with clear water.

Dilution method:
Dissolved the goods into 50% liquid with tap water.

Packing and storage:
100kg/drum, seal airtight.
