Intro

Designed by Wuxi Reap Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd , this device is combined with concentrating, recycling, washing three functions as a whole. It is a perfect starch refining equipment with the following features:

The part contacting material is made of stainless steel. The newest design is adopted inside the equipment. No rotating parts beside of a feed pump, therefore highly safe operation.
The cover adopts special hinge connecting type with the feature of quick open and replacement so as to ensure easy maintenance to cyclone. Sealing adopts axial seat with good result, the sealing will be obtained by simple closing of front access cover without using any tools that overcome the previous contradiction between seal result and convenient adjusting.
Cyclone tube is designed and made on the basis of starch characteristic and absorbing abroad advanced experience. Its material is adopted strengthen nylon with the feature of good cyclone result and durable use.

Starch hydrocyclone group which consists of single grade has the feature of simply and beautiful pipe route, mature and reliable pipeline layout. It can meet all kinds producing scale requirement. Meanwhile, system can be equipped CIP washing system and key point automatic controller so as to ensure system washing timely and obtain automatic control to slurry density and flow rate.
