Corn Starch Production Line

Introduction：
1.Adopting PLC, transducer and touch screen display which makes the controlling easier and intuitionistic, and also ensure that the production line can be operated stable and providing technical assurance for synchronization
2.The steaming mixer adopts double shaft mixing, quantitative adding liquid, mixing and discharging automatically.
3. Adopting feeder to feed the raw material which can get the well-proportioned feeding
4. The Strip Extruder and Vermicelli Extruder's screws are manufactured by round stainless steel, it has high mechanism, cast-iron and durable.
5. The vermicelli extruder adopts a pulling device for the extruder's mold which makes remove and install the mold more expediently
6. The speed of shaping conveyor controlled by PLC, and also can adjust the ripple shape of vermicelli
7. The cover of steamer can be lifted automatically, and it is easy for cleaning and maintenance.
8. We adopt the synchronous tracking device to operate the cutting dividing machine and drying machine.
9.The drying system adopts heat circulation device on both side of the dryer that can drying the vermicelli well-proportioned. And the dryer's doors have magnetic stripe which can open and close the door convenient.
