I. INTRODUCTION
1 It is developed by RIPP of China.
2.The improved catalyst is on the basis of GCR-10(CB-10) continuous reforming catalyst and a new generation of economical continuous reforming catalyst with lower Pt content as compared with CatA.
3.Appearance: pale brown small sphere, 1.4~2.0mm.
II. FEATURES
1. Hydrothermal stability is apparently superior to GCR-10(CB-10) industrial catalyst and the present industrial application of CatA and CatB has reached or even been beyond the level of competitive continuous reforming catalyst of the latest generation in the same period.
2. Regenerated activity can recover to live catalyst.
3. Reaction performance and the speed of carbon-deposition is similar to higher Pt content R continuous reforming catalyst presently developed by foreign countries under condition of lower harshness or higher harshness.
4. Chloride maintenance is superior to the present industrial application of CatA and GCR-10 catalyst.
5. Catalytic activity is higher than the present industrial application of CatA, CatB and GCR-10 catalyst and can enhance more than 1% on aromatics yield.

PACKING:Packed in plastic bag(1ined with cloth bag)and sealed by modified steel drum. Net weight:100kg/drum. Fill nitrogen for plus pressure protection.
RANGE OF USES
1. It can be applied to continuous reforming devices.
2. It is suitable for varied materials and operation conditions.
STORAGE AND PRECAUTION
1. Keep away from water and moisture and strictly forbid to contact with other chemicals or hydrocarbon products.
2. Forbid to fall or roll the steel drum during transportation.
3. It is in reduction form while out of plant. Pack on fine days, try best to shorten the time catalyst touches the air and seal the reaction vessel immediately after packing and fill nitrogen for protection.
4. The feedstock should be controlled with S≤0.5ppm, H2O≤5ppm, As≤1ppb,and the recycle hydrogen should be controlled with H2O≤50ppm during normal production.
5 Start-up should be strictly follow the start-up manual of PS-Ⅴcatalyst or under the instruction of professional technical personnel if necessary.
Ⅶ. APPLICATION IN INDUSTRIAL
In May, 1998, It was first successfully applied in the continuous reforming unit of Gaoqiao Petrochemical Co., Ltd. of Sinppec and all function index has been reached the lab level.
