Physical chemistry traits:Before activating, Skeletal nickel catalyzer is a kind of silver grey color powder without sizing and has combustibility of middleing level. Activation, hydrogen and lumping will be found if contacting with water and efflorescence is possible after exposing in the air for a long time. After activating, Ni-Al powder will be turned out to be grey black color granule with lively hydrogen, which is extremely unstable and it can burn in the air after oxidation, therefore, place it in the water or alcohol is a must.

Application: mainly used for base organic compounds' catalysis hydrotreatment such as organics carbon hydrogen key hydrotreatment, carbon nitrogen key hydrotreatment, nitroso compound and nitro-compound hydrotreatment, azo and oxidation azoic compound, imine, amine and azine dibenzylamine and dehydration, annelation and condensation reaction and so on especially dextrose hydrotreatment and adipose nitrile hydrotreatment, widely used in industries like medicine, dyestuff, oil and fats, aromatic compounds and synthetic fibre etc.

Examples:dextrose hydrotreatment sorbic alcohol is used for compounding vitamin C and resin surface active agent etc. phenic acid hydrotreatment glycol is used for dien, paint and coating.acetonitrile hydrotreatment dien is one of important monomer of Nailon. furan hydrotreatment tetralin furan is one of the best dissolvent. aliphatic acid ammoniation hydrotreatment adipose primary amine is widely used in organic compound. Aminobenzene hydrotreatment azacyclopropane is used for synthesizing desulfurizer, corrosive poison agent, vulcanization accelator, emulsifier and bactericide.
