Description
Maydos PU Adhesive is colorless and semi-transparent adhesive designed particularly for shoe-making. Polyurethane adhesive has unique and advantageous features such as non-yellowing, simplicity in application, simultaneous drying rate, excellent bonding force, and good resistant to ultraviolet radiation, aging and damping after maximum hardening stage.
Where to use
Maydos PU Adhesive is specifically used for PVC, PU, TPR, genuine leather, artificial leather, flannel, rubber, furniture, sports material, etc. It has magnificent resistant ability to oil based products. While compared to other similar products on the international and domestic markets, Maydos PU Adhesive has lower odor and dries up faster. It is suitable and valuable for both manufacturing assembly lines and handwork.

Solvent type: Compound of Toluene, MEK, etc.
Dosage: Depends on the thickness of brushing.
Applying method: We recommend applying our PU adhesive with a rubber brush.
Storage
Keep PU adhesive away from reach of children, store in cool, dry and ventilated places.
The storage temperature shall range from 5-35℃.
Shelf life: 12 months normally (preferably no more than 6 months)
Notes
1. Sample try before massive use.
2. Use before expiry date.
3. Strictly follow application procedure.
Application Instruments
1. Control the temperature of the No.1 oven between 70-75℃.
2. Control the temperature of the No.2 oven between 60-65℃.
3. Set the transferring speed of production line to prolong the time of processing shoe in No.2 oven, approximately 6-8 minutes.
4. The distance between the pressing machine and the No.2 oven is about 2/3 length of No.2 oven.
5. The added hardener is about 3-5% of the adhesive.
6. During shoe making, the rubber sole should be sanded evenly and completely to avoid adhesive coming off.
7. The cattle hide and PU film leather should also be sanded deeply and completely to avoid PU adhesive weakening.
