The size of our solid super strong acid catalyst is about 200mesh
to 6mm; and there are two types of them, powdery product and
granular products. It can be used in most of organic synthesis in
fixed bed and fluid bed respectively. Granular products can be used
as substitute of molecular sieve catalyst. The optimum temperature
is 140℃-360℃. Compared with other solid acid catalysts, our
products has such advantages:
(1) It has extreme high acid strength (-16.02 <-14.520),
equipment.
(2) High catalytic activity. With the existing of ZMS-5 molecular
sieve catalyst in 380～400℃ ethylene diamine can produce piperazine,
while it can produce piperazine in 260℃ with the existing of solid
super strong acid catalyst.
(3) It has excellent resistance to water and alkali. It can work
well in high temperature and basic steam for long time.
(4) t is easy to separate form reaction system and can save the
water during the period of catalysis. It is harmless to environment
and can be recovered and used repeatedly.
(5) Long operation life: It can reach 400 hours, and can be
recovered and used repeatedly. The total life can reach 1200 hours.
(6)it can be used in diversified reactions .

by users easily.
This catalyst is widely used in organic catalytic synthesis,
including esterification, interchange esterification, cracking of
alkane, isomerization of alkane, oligomerization of alkane,
disproportionation of arene, alkylation, acylation, oxidation,
hydration, etherification, esterification, rearrangement, and so
on.
