A. Description:
This unit is a equipment introduced European/Canada Alpha advanced technology and the craft. Its production process is as follows:
Double channel unwinding in machine running status(EPC, Automatic pneumatic loading fabric rolls, automatic fabric rolls jointing in machine running status at twin channel)
Double Sides Corona Treating Device (output power can automatically track mechanical speed for self adjusting)
Double rollers photoelectrical EPC
Single/double sides printing( single side: 6 colors, or double sides:front/back sides 3+3)
Lengthen sealed drying chamber
The cooling hauling fixed shape
Auto double channel winding(automatic fabric rolls switching in machine running status at twin channel, pneumatic unloading fabric rolls )
This machine is with advanced technology, precise structure,easy operation and maintenance,fast printing speed(up to 130/min) and a high degree of automation. At present, this machine has been bought by Huangshi Huaxin Cement Group at home. A set of our CI Type Flexographic Printing Machine and two set of German W&H packing machine are combined to a production line.
The technical specifications of this machine are as follows:
l Application:
Continuously CI type structure Single side 6colors(or Front side: 3colors, Back side: 3colors) printing for roll fabric with excellent printing performance, like TUBULAR WOVEN FABRIC/LAMINATED WOVEN FABRIC/PAPER COMBINED WOVEN FABRIC /NON-WOVEN & ect.


B. Characteristic:
1. Printing unit driven by helical gears achieves accurate register & lower noise.
2. Manual quantitative online (in machine running) adjusting device for horizontal & vertical printing registering in printing station, achieving quick online color registering at one time, greatly reduce time consumption to repeatedly pause the machine to adjust printing plate and lose on fabric cost for print testing, mostly improve production efficiency.
3.Printing colors: Single side 6 colors. After equipping X type turning device, it can printing two sides 3+3 colors.
4. While machine paused, plate roller/anilox automatic backward released (pneumatic control), avoids printing plate pressed on the fabric in long time; otherwise, this pressed position will be deformed, resulting in inconsistent color printing, and pressing position will also appear ink solidifying and sticking, then the printing plate may be tore when print again.
5.Automatically mix ink to wet the printing plate once machine stopped, register/pressure automatic positioning while printing; after sticking plate and color registering at one time, it can print the accurate products while machine start every time,when printing each printing station are tightened by cylinder
6. While machine running again, plate roller/anilox is automatically back to position (pneumatic control), ensures the printing pressure and printing accuracy did not be affected by machine stopped or paused operation.
7. Enlarge the diameter of ink roller & anilox to 127mm, improved their intensity, rigidity & print stability, optimally prevents rollers’ end broken & plate‘s frayed, achieving less dithering, evenly ink offering & printing plate’s durability.
8.Tracking positioning device for front and back side’s pattern positioning.
9. Double layers internal recycling drying system between printing stations.
10.ink auto circulation device
11. Twin channel unwinding in machine running status, with automatic EPC system.
12. Chilling roller for fabric forming and hauling in after-printed.
13.Canada Alpha Technology is used on automatical cutting and winding unit; adopt friction center driven composite winding type and rodless cylinder automatical cutting for changing roll, achieving winding roll in machine running status, to raise productivity and reduce labor intensity.
14. Equipped with three sections auto tension control system in this machine. Tension control is by sensors in winding unwinding unit. The drying chamber and unwinding unit equipped with ultra-light floating roller tension system.
15. Corona treating device adopts TBIG module control, output power can automatically track mechanical speed for self adjusting, ensures the consistency of corona dyne value. Auto power off once machine stopped.
