Product features

1.Quality liquid epoxy resin, high-grade active diluent and modifying amine curing agent are used for film-forming; imported common color pastes are used to develop the colors; the filling materials are highly pure corundum powder, which provides the excellent resistance to abrasion and impact; the aggregates are highly precise SiO2, SiC, and A1203 aggregates, which feature the even particles and high mechanical strength

2.The product consists of three packs, i.e., ingredient A (color paint), ingredient B (curing agent) and ingredient C (aggregate), which shall be mixed up on the site for easy application

3.The entire system is free of solvent; large-scale seamless construction can be conducted; for one layer, the thickness is 2-5mm; the construction time is thus considerably shortened. On the site, the mortar layer and self-leveling layer can be formed at one go, and multi-layer construction is thus changed to one-layer construction, resulting in high system strength

4.Excellent resistance to impact and chemicals, as well as outstanding anti-UV performance (the surface may be covered with one layer of polyurethane lacquer)

5.The system surface may be smooth or anti-slip as needed, and either satin or matt is ok

6.Long service life of the system; the top paint can be regularly maintained; it is free of air bubble as well

Scope of application

It is applicable to the locations that require strict environmental conditions and good decorative effects and may have chemical corrosion. It is particularly applicable to the pharmaceutical, healthcare and foodstuff industries, hospitals and other medical facilities, laboratories, clean rooms, and exhibition halls

Construction process

Base surface treatment (polishing, and filling) painting D310 enclosing primer (once) filling in the holes and cracks on the floor with D650 (polishing) D650 solvent-free epoxy mortar intermediate coating (polishing) D650 solvent-free epoxy self-leveling floor paint
