KBT11Q Atmosphere Box-type Furnace

The atmosphere box-type furnace is equipped with Sweden Kanthal resistance wires as heating elements, and is provided with a double-layer shell structure, a Japan SHIMADEN 40-segment programmed temperature control system, phase shift trigger and silicon controlled rectifier control. The furnace hearth is made from alumina polycrystalline fiber materials, and an air cooling system is arranged between double layers of the furnace shell (the shell is wholly sealed) to realize the rapid temperature rising and reduction, reaching 1,000 DEG C within 30 minutes; the cover board is sealed by silica gel, and the furnace door is provided with a silica gel mat, and is communicated with a water cooling system.

Gases can be fed from the back hearth through a flowmeter; a plurality of gas inlets and gas outlets for cleaning hearth are provided with burners to communicate with gases such as hydrogen, argon, nitrogen, oxygen, carbonic oxide and decomposed ammonia; gases in the hearth can be exhausted by a vacuum pump.

The atmosphere box-type furnace has the advantages of balance temperature field, low surface temperature, rapid temperature rising and reduction speed and energy conservation, and is an ideal product for colleges and universities, research institutes and industrial and mining enterprises to carry out atmosphere protection sintering and atmosphere reduction.
