cosmetic cleansing, private part sanitation, male and female

Equipment Introduction: This is a special wet tissue folding
machine we developed several years ago. It is suitable for
enterprises that have large orders for wet tissues all the year
round.
Process FlowLoading pre-slit nonwoven (or dust-free paper) rolls N”
form, Z” form and W” form lengthways folding processes transverse
folding moisturizationslitting discharging products (double line)
manual bag sealing or packing with automatic packing machine. The
machine can perform automatic counting and, upon request, nonwoven
fabric fed can be made into rectangular or square chips each
consisting of 2, 4, 6 or 8 layers. The sizes of finished products
after folding include 50×50 mm (L×W), 80×50mm (L×W), 90×60mm (L×W),
100×60mm (L×W), 150×60mm (L×W), etc.(Each model has a fixed product
length.)
Referential Product Line Configuration:
1. Two or three wet tissue folding machines + one YWJ-BS-A Full
Automatic Wet Tissue Packaging Machine (automatic bag making,
feeding and sealing);
2. One or two wet tissue folding machines + two to four sealing
machines (products are manually packed into packages which are then
sealed with sealing machines).
