HX-10-1 Exterior Latex Paint

Precaution

HX-10-1 is composed of high-grade styrene-acrylic latex and other ingredients.
Excellent weather/mildew resistance.
Excellent color retention.

1. Surface to be treated must be dry.
2. Do not apply directly on to wood or steel surfaces.

Curing:
initial cure: 20 minutes (depends on humidity)
Recoating: 2 hours later

Remove dust, grease and other contamination, if any. Fill up holes and cracks on the surface with putty.
If mildew or moss exsists, clean with fungicide.
Remove loose structures with hard brush. Patch or resurface with appropriate primer in case of surface deterioration.

1. Brush or roller coating: apply directly or dilute with 50% of water if required.
2. Spray coating (airless): apply directly.
